Rather than chasing trends, we create pieces designed to be lived with. Practical without feeling ordinary. Made from considered materials, finished with purposeful details, and brought to life through colours that add personality without asking for attention.

About the Founder

Riz is the founder and creative behind ARA E/CO, a brand built around the belief that everyday living deserves thoughtful design.

By profession, Riz is a full-time Registered Nurse. ARA E/CO began as her creative outlet, a space where she could explore her appreciation for design, colour, travel,  and the everyday objects we reach for without thinking. Built alongside long shifts and weekends, the brand reflects a slower, more considered approach to creating products that are both functional and lasting.

Unable to find everyday essentials that balanced practicality with personality, Riz set out to create her own. The first collection introduces pieces designed to become part of daily life, with future collections expanding into other thoughtfully considered essentials.

Today, Riz continues to lead every aspect of ARA E/CO from product design and sourcing, to creative direction, branding, marketing and art direction, while continuing her career as a Registered Nurse.
